　　我們想讓品嚐甜點變成一件簡單優雅的事。2016年，我們將品牌主色定調為「優雅的公爵黑」，為的是讓乳酪蛋糕濃郁的白在盒中被襯托出來，用最簡單的搭配營造最誘人的美味。選擇黑，更是為了讓設計與美學上更符合品牌對於「簡單純粹」不變的理念。

　　跳脫傳統製程，回歸純粹，起士公爵不含澱粉的乳酪蛋糕，比一般乳酪蛋糕更綿密，為保護綿密的乳酪蛋糕在運送過程中受到破壞，我們在蛋糕盒內置入了專利底壁與專利環繞壁的防摔設計。

　　蛋糕盒內ㄇ字型底壁讓蛋糕體免於直接接觸外盒，作為上下震盪時的緩衝，而周圍的環繞壁，則是為了固定蛋糕，防止其前後左右滑動而產生碰撞。兩者結合的專利盒型設計，大幅減低了蛋糕受力而變形的機會率，確保蛋糕在運送後，仍然呈現完美的原始全貌。

　　一體成型的起士公爵蛋糕盒，側邊打凸著友善盲人點字，前端設計成活動抽屜式的壁面，打開後直接將襯著ㄇ字底壁的蛋糕從前方取出，把分享蛋糕變成一件最簡單的事。不破壞蛋糕盒，不破壞蛋糕體，更不破壞每個人享受美食的好心情。

　　We are to here to make tasting cake a SIMPLE AND ELEGANT thing. 2016, we used “Elegant Duke Black” as our brand color to give prominence to the pure whiteness of our rich-flavored cheesecake.

　　With minimalist color palette, we compose luring desserts, which represents the main idea of Cheese Duke, simple and pure.

　　Unlike others, we prefer de-starch recipe to make purer cheese cakes. Without starch, the cakes are vulnerable to be damaged during shipping. As a result, we designed a bottom cardboard folded in upside-down U shape, and a surrounding cardboard fixed in the center of the cake box. In this way, the cakes can be undamaged when you receive them.

　　The bottom cardboard keeps the cake from directly touching the outbox, as a buffer when shaken upside down. On the other hand, the surrounding cardboard is to fix the cake in its position, preventing it from moving inside the box. The two cardboards together make a perfect cake box which largely reduces the transformation during delivery.

　　With blind friendly braille on the side of the box, and the drawer-like design of front part, it’s easier for everyone to take the cake out. Those designs really make sharing cakes simple and elegant.
